Yuzu sushi Legendre

This was my first attempt at this specific Yuzu, they are clearly not all equal (3rd attempt at a Yuzu, first time food is actually good). The food was great but the service for a takeout (which is what everyone in the restaurant was doing) was chaotic to say the least. There wasn't a lot of client but still the cashier couldn't handle it while simply giving pre-done order to people. Something that should have taken 2 minutes ended up taking 10-15 for no reasons. I pre-ordered few hours before my pickup time which might have been a mistake, I think they made the sushi a bit too ahead of time which made the crunchy one less crunchy. That being said, I would rank the sushi a good 8/10 overall pretty impressive considering there isn't a single Asian soul working there. I will definitely order again from that place
