Yuzu sushi Legendre

This was my first attempt at this specific Yuzu, they are clearly not all equal (3rd attempt at a Yuzu, first time food is actually good). The food was great but the service for a takeout (which is what everyone in the restaurant was doing) was chaotic to say the least. There wasn't a lot of client but still the cashier couldn't handle it while simply giving pre-done order to people. Something that should have taken 2 minutes ended up taking 10-15 for no reasons. I pre-ordered few hours before my pickup time which might have been a mistake, I think they made the sushi a bit too ahead of time which made the crunchy one less crunchy. That being said, I would rank the sushi a good 8/10 overall pretty impressive considering there isn't a single Asian soul working there. I will definitely order again from that place Edit: I have edited my review and increased it to 5 stars. I ordered again from the same place and food was amazing again. I would not order from any other Yuzu but that specific one, they're good, really good. Enough to forget about the 15 min chaotic wait you have before getting your delicious food.
