Came here on a Sunday morning with a few friends and honestly did not expect sushi to hit that hard before noon, but the salmon tataki proved us all wrong. The rice was perfectly seasoned and the fish was so fresh it practically melted, which set a high bar for everything else we ordered. Our server was genuinely enthusiastic about the menu and helped us pick a solid mix of rolls without being pushy about it. If you are in Riviere-du-Loup looking for a spot that takes its ingredients seriously, this is the one to bookmark.
